Harbe Çıkmayan Acıklı Bir Azaba Düçar Olur

Necdet Bin Nüfey diyor ki: İbni Abbas (r.a.)’a Tevbe sûresinin, “Eğer harbe hep birden çıkmazsanız Allah sizi çok acıklı bir azaba düçar eder..” âyetinden sordum. İbni Abbas (r.a.) şöyle dedi: “Onlardan yağmur kesildi, yağmur (yağmaması) oların azabıydı.” dedi. [30]
